Returns & Exchanges Policy
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with me and arrange to return the item to me in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
 

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.


**Items that have been personalised or custom made pieces, created especially for you, are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges unless I deem them to be faulty.**

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless you have been otherwise notified.
 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection it is recommended that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service. The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Faulty/Damaged Items:

It is my hope all jewellery arrives to you in perfect condition, however, if there is damage to your item in transit, I will happily repair/replace the damaged item. I ask for the item to be returned back to me in the first instance so that I can inspect it, I will then contact you on receipt of the goods. For a replacement or repair, this will be dealt with on receipt. Faulty items will be eligible for free repair/replacement within a period of 3 months from the point of sale. If your item is eligible for a refund, this will also be processed upon return of the item.
